Pennington Centipede Grass Seed with Mulch is a sun-loving grass that requires little maintenance lawn. This seed will provide a slow-growing, spreading lawn with a lush green color and medium texture that can be planted in areas that are sunny or lightly shaded areas. The Bio 170 Mulch granules are biodegradable and help the seeds retain moisture in order to promote germination. This seed is a good choice for high-traffic areas. The five pound bag will cover up to 2,000 square feet. For warm season grasses.
