Gophers can tunnel very deep and move over a large distance, so keeping them out can be tricky. A good way to keep them out of your turf is using physical barriers or exclusions.

Instead of protecting large areas from potential gopher invaders, you could use exclusion methods to protect certain plants and trees that are prized or decorative.

Use a quarter to a half inch mesh wire fencing material. Bury the fencing at least a foot and half deep underground. To protect the plant, leave about a half foot of fencing above ground. Doing this will help prevent gophers from moving their way into your yard and causing damage.

And it's that easy with the expert help from Do My Own Pest Control dot com!
